ADDITIONAL PRIVATE-LABEL IPA OFFERINGS

We offer Private-Label craft beer - specializing in IPAs - and only utilize premium, all-natural, organic ingredients (as of 2023). 

The team introduced new iterations/styles to our "Original" IPA lineup, in 2019, to provide additional variety for our Hotel, Dining & Event Venue clients nationwide in cooperation with regional brewers - the new formulations were developed in keeping with our tradition of the highest-quality.

 

OUR PROCESSES

We utilize our NYC Winter water blueprint profile for our White, Cold and NA brew styles as it trends less chlorinated.

For our Black IPA and Imperial IPA, we utilize the NYC Summer water blueprint profile, specifically Croton fed, due to its harder water characteristics which work well with our decidedly malt-centric beers. 

 

OUR METHODOLOGY

We have a team of in-house and regional consultants who assist each of our brewing partners with the calibration of the pH (slightly alkaline, registering at between 7.2 - 8.0) as well as the major mineral ions of NYC tap water (including magnesium and calcium) so that the water utilized to brew batch approximates the characteristics of our Winter and Summer water blueprints that derived from Manhattan's tap water. 

The other innovative technologies and proprietary processes we have developed and utilize have been designed to ensure that no matter the geographic location where we brew, our production output and flavor profiles are consistent. We have found these attributes to be the primary aim of private-label clients (e.g. production consistency and reliability), especially those with a multi-state operational footprint.

The goal we have for each batch of our private-label IPAs is simple, namely to enable our Hotel, Dining & Event Venue partners to elevate their respective guests' lodging and dining experiences through exceptionally crafted beer and other beverages, all utilizing only premium, all-natural ingredients - including an array of newly available RTD Cocktails, Better-for-You and NA offerings.
